Our technical team's role is to develop, maintain, and improve our various pillars: our creation studio, our widgets, our stories, and our Back Office. Our main challenges:

Develop new features, in close collaboration with our Product Designer and our Sales Team.

Maintain the platform at a high level of excellence (number of bugs, fluidity & fps, response time, etc.).

Improve the quality of the codebase and the tools used.

👉 Emphasis is placed on code quality versus development speed. It's important to take the time to implement refactors when necessary and to conduct ongoing technology monitoring to propose continuous improvements.

💻 How we work

• We organize our teamwork using Kanban framework where just-in-time delivery allows for maximum agility.
• A stack review is scheduled every 2 weeks to review everyone's tasks and reprioritize if necessary.
• We try to minimize rituals and keep daily communication as natural as possible as long as the team size allows it.
• We schedule biweekly check-ins with managers to discuss our well-being and daily activities, as well as to ensure personalized progress on both the technical and human levels.
